Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Yaokang Health.
We currently sell and deliver orders within Hong Kong only. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can review the issue and assist you.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@yaokanghealth.com with:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue;
- clear photos of the product, packaging, and delivery label where applicable.
After reviewing your request, we may arrange a replacement, exchange, refund, or other suitable solution.
Returns for unopened items
For hygiene and product safety reasons, we can only accept returns for eligible items that are:
- unopened;
- unused;
- in their original packaging;
- in the same condition as received;
- accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- opened or used products;
- herbal teas, soup packs, food or drink products once opened;
- products with damaged or missing original packaging;
- products not purchased directly from Yaokang Health;
- sale items, promotional items, or gift cards, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about a specific product.
Return shipping
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for the cost of returning approved items.
If the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect or defective item, we will provide further instructions and may cover reasonable return or replacement delivery arrangements.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment service provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an eligible unopened item, please contact us first at contact@yaokanghealth.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval.
